What do I wear? Wear warm comfy clothes the for warmup and cool-down. Once we get on the pole wear shorts & singlet or crop top. Do not wear moisturiser, sun cream or any oils on your hands or body as you will be too slippery to grip. And a smile!

What do I bring? We have bare feet in the studio. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, hand towel to clean your pole. For Stretch, Yoga or Pilates please bring your own mat and any stretch aides you have like foam rollers, yoga blocks or straps. Please take off any rings as they can scratch the poles. Come in with an open mind ready to have fun and try something new.

Where are you located? We are located right in the Heart of Mandurah on the Mandurah Foreshore. You can park behind the studio for evening classes or we recommend an alternative 2 hour foreshore car park during the day.

What happens in a pole class? A pole class starts with a fun cardio warm up and a light stretch. Then we move on to strength and conditioning. Once you and your pole is warm, we teach you new pole moves, climbs, technique, routines and progressive combinations of moves. The class ends with a workout and cool down stretch.

Do I need upper body strength to do pole? No ! We all have to start somewhere. You will gain strength throughout the carefully structured classes so enjoy an trust the process.

Who can do pole? Pole fitness is for everyone! Kids-Adults (even grandmas). It can be challenging at first but thats all part of the fun!!

Why is pole so popular? There is always a new move to learn with Pole Fitness (keeping it new and exciting!) & you will always leave every class feeling exhilarated & accomplished!! It's a workout without realising that you're working out.

Will pole fitness change my body? Side benefits of Pole Fitness is weight loss, muscle toning, gain upper body strength, become more flexible.

Do I need to be flexible? Not at all-in fact pole will increase your flexibility.

Will pole change my mind ? Happiness is inevitable when you attend a pole class. You quickly forget the stresses if your day as soon as you walk through the door. You will make new friends, feel happier & gain confidence within yourself!

What type of poles are there? 38mm, 45mm spinning and static stainless steel poles.

I'm under 18, can I still take a class? Yes, but you need a parent to sign for you.

I'm male, aren't there mostly girls in a pole class? We have mainly female students but welcome males with open arms.

What happens if I can't make a class? ​Please give us as much notice as possible. You can reschedule your classes using your account login within 4 hours notice. See Terms and Conditions for further details.
